ICx Biosystems
ICx Biosystems (formerly GHC Technologies) develops technologies for rapid and information-rich molecular diagnosis. The company’s research and development are strengthening U.S. biodefense preparedness, enabling commercial partners to bring ambitious clinical diagnostic products to market, and building an intellectual property portfolio for the company. GHC began operations in 2004 and currently is profitable on revenues from research and development contracts with government and commercial customers.
GHC was acquired by ICx Technologies in December 2006 and became ICx Biosystems.
